Shipping policy

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Wrong Product Received If you receive an incorrect product, please notify us immediately at studiocharu999@gmail.com. Once the returned product has been verified, we will either: * Ship the correct product, or * Issue a full refund. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags attached, and the invoice included.

Return Shipping & Refunds:

As we currently do not offer a reverse pickup facility, customers are required to arrange and bear the cost of the return courier. However, Charu Studio will bear the shipping cost of sending the exchanged product back to you. * Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
